Ooo, this is very nice! ^^ The lighting is absolutely superb and her seductive (as well as disturbing) pose nearly had me entranced for a couple seconds... The costume design is very cool as well, especially the facemask..... maybe it's just me, but it makes her also slightly resemble other legendary figures like Jason Voorhees or Hannibal Lecter... spooky.
At the same time, this piece makes me want to wince in pain, obviously due to her appearing to be slicing off her left breast (OUCH!!). I must credit you as the artist for that, it takes a good amount of talent to make someone evoke an emotion like that... But I still love it, it gives the work a large sense of........ violent romance, maybe? I can't really describe it...

She wants to be very careful with that pinwheel as if she bursts it all the silicone will leak out!
